"Ran a service test and checked for faults. Unit passes service test. Noted coins in the basket wedged between the impeller and basket. Removed coins. Ran a spin test, agitation test and a drain test. Unit passes these tests. Noted the drain line was inserted all the way down the drain. This can cause siphoning which will cause unbalanced loads because the unit can not distribute the load . The unit is difficult to test because the control is not functioning correctly. Power has to be cycled for it to be more responsive then it begins to not turn on outputs for the lock and other things tested."

Cleared code and tested high spin unit has slight vibration but it is normal ops due to sub flooring and high rpms on spin speed. Explained this to cx she was very unsatisfied with unit. I advised cx to contact cx service and informed her I’d document with manufacturer.
