Load of wash machine with towels start to run cycle and noticed the side panels were damaged and collapsed. Roof top of washer and found tub and hitting and side panels of wash machine during the spin cycle. This is what’s causing the issue in the loud banging noise the inner basket itself is fine. This is a cosmetic issue and damaged prior. It was purchased with prior damage and it is past thirty days cosmetic warranty. Customer will contact Lowe’s about replacement.
