"Customer having issues with the unit not always wanting to start the cycle and some times when she interrupts cycle to add something, she’ll press start before closing and the unit cancels the cycle out and drains water. Checked errors. None store. Panel isn’t sitting flush. Looks as if the seal has deformed and pushed up on panel. Panel may have got some moisture in it. Needs new panel and seal ; ordrng 1 W11114745 (console) and 1 W11190181 (SEAL)"
