Checked unit found display on panel not coming on. Checked power and polarity it checked out ok. Entered diagnostics and retrieved error code f6 e2 which is a communication error. Inspected wire harness from ui to main control it is ok. Went ahead and conducted main control acu test. Found good incoming voltage on j12 connector l1 to neutral found 120 vac. Checked diagnostic led on control board it is off. Removed j18 ui from board to ensure it is not affecting board, unplugged machine then plugged back in and rechecked led it is still off. Checked for 5vcc at j18 connector found 5 volts. It is a malfunction with n the main board. Called wpl tech line to verify diagnosis. They advised to replace main control and console as well. Provided estimate. ordrng 1 W10861510 (console) and 1 W11100602 (cntrl-elec), Removed and replaced parts listed, performed test 51 verification cycle successfully, unit now working as intended.
