"Visual and physical inspection has been conducted and machine was totally powerless, so I proceeded to check power source and is was fine. I have claimed on to of machines and reached out for the plug and unplugged machine for 2 minutes and rep-plugged it and unit came on shortly after. I have ran a quick rinse and drain cycle without issues. Observation, doors bellow is presenting black mold and must be replaced. I have informed consumer of my doings and findings and she has asked for now, only to send her an estimate and she will consider what her best option is at this point. As for now, I am closing this ticket unless consumer reaches out and authorizes the repair."

Informed customer that this is not how the drain is to be connected. Instructed customer to check the drain requirements in the installation guide. Checked faults and found an 8-1 and 0-5. Explained to the customer the drain situation is the reason for the failure. I assured him if he followed the install manual the unit will work as designed.

"*Checked the unit the front , dispenser was leaking , dispenser top was unsnapped , popped the top up , put a bead of silicone snack, dispenser back together tested operations no longer leaking from the dispenser. Also found hair stuck in between the rubber door and door glass with a bunch of soap scum and is leaking , advise customer to clean up the soap, scum and hair between the rubber door, boot and glass on a regular basis, and that will minimize, dripping and leaking in the front. Otherwise unit is working as designed."

"Checked the unit refrigerator is cooling ok , complaint is the unit stinks when running , took the back compartment off found a tan substance looks like fine saw dust , lined in the drain pan wet mixed with water causing the Oder , customer is going to clear out the debris and clean drain pan out , that should take care of all the odor issues. No other issues found nothing mechanical wrong with the machine at this time."
