"Cx states unit makes very little ice.Found ice bin with a small amount of ice cubes present. Freezer temps are normal. Ice cream is firm.Checked water fill tube at bottom of left door. Can hold pressure from coup,er to water valve. Coupler to dispense is clear and unobstructed.Hard rebooted unit. Unit did not automatically harvest.Ran service test 44 and ice maker harvested. Used service test 45 and ice maker fills with no issue.Unknown at this time what issue is. Documenting with techlineSR 7723540979Inspect for door leaks and record freezer temps. Tech finds no ice build up and no ccs moisture or sweating from anywhere in the unit. Techline wanted freezer temps recorder. A probe was placed in freezer compartment and recorded 22° FTemps are too high for harvest. Spoke with R1 and also agrees with temp. Tech finds no operational ices with temp. The units display screen is reading the hour glass waiting stand by symbol, and will not clear. Needs new console. That was sent to the customer so I replaced. Tested unit and all ops checked good"

Customer said that the unit is not responsive and had caught fire. I took console apart and found that the user interface membrane had caught fire and damaged console with heat. Unit needs main control and console. Removed and replaced console and main control. Tested unit. All tests good.
