The shorted pump caused pump circuit on main control to short and now board will not power on. Unit needs pump and board replaced at the same time to avoid damage to new parts. Ordering main control. Cx states unit stopped filling with water.Verified good water to unit. Started unit and no water filled. Verified power to water fill valve. Removed and replaced fill valve W10872255.Unit did not fill when retested. Found float valve stuck up position. Lowered and retested ops and unit now fills and rinses as designed.Drained and retested several times with cx present. Unit ops as designed and Cx is happy If problem persist return with float switch and float switch housing as float kind of had a hard spot when going up and down.Job complete

Cx states the freezer door pops open when he closes the refrigerator compartment door.Tech found doors were not aligned and freezer door was rubbing on FC liner from freezer door liner.Tech raised and leveled front legs of unit. Greased both door seals.Removed freezer door and bent hinges straight. Reinstalled door and is level. Cx is still unhappy that unit is unlevel and things it’s defective. Hostile Cx will not stop breathing down techs neck during repair.Doors are level but Cx is still unhappy. All ops are normal and freezer door no longer pops open when they slam lower door. Job complete

Recall on JH. Unit has not made ice since JH was here. I found that the shut off arm for ice maker was not on all the way and getting hung up. Also found air in the lines causing low water to ice maker. I fixed shut off arm on ice maker and flushed air from system. Cycled ice maker. All tests good.
