"Upon arrival customer complaint was that it was taking too long to dry, the light would not come on inside, and that it was making bad noise. Checked for lightbulb and found that this model does not have an internal drum light. Started unit and let it heat for about 20 minutes and unit heated and tumble normally with no noise and exhaust temperature at 140. At customers request I soaked down a heavy blanket with water from the water hose in the front yard and got it soaking wet. Put unit in dryer at that point to attempt to reproduce sound. No abnormal sounds. Unit functions completely and 100% normal. Please inform customer of COD charges for a return visit"
