Frosting up in ffd evaporator again. 6 months since last repair for same issue.Cx said three times in past this issue has been repaired. Does not want repaired.would like a replacement product.Ffd defrost components inside evap cover have been replaced and all electronics had been replaced well numerous times before. Issue is chronic.Found big ball of ice on left side bottom of fresh food evaporator. Aoppears to be a restricted sealed system. Freezer compartment at 0.9 degrees and still dropping. Fresh food compartment at 67degrees. Deli monitor has now failed. Contacted wfcc techline spoke withTJ ref #7727357620. Deemed unrepairable by wfcc techline.Contacted Vonnie to reach out to AIG FOR PROCESSING.
