Found unit was not cooling. Checked high side and low side pressure. Low side pressure was at 125 and high side pressure was at 150. Cut Tube at dye dryer to troubleshoot restriction. Dye dryer and To clear in compressor area no restriction. Re-soldered dye dryer and re-checked pressures. Got the same pressure reading. There is a restriction in cap tube if I already cut the dye dryer then the restriction must be in evaporator or heat exchanger . Unit needs new evaporator; ordering 1 WPW10317013 (evaporator), Removed and replaced evaporator and tested unit. Unit functions normal now.
