Likely from manufacturing error. Icemaker fill cup could not be properly aligned due to two pieces of expanding foam insulation blocking it from sitting properly. Trimmed off excess pieces of foam insulation, and reinstalled icemaker. Cleared ice build up and unit now tests good with no leaks or damage to home.

whirlpool dryer WGD5000DW1 Found unit with a vibration coming from motor. Motor is vibrating slightly causing bracket it’s sitting on to vibrate at the bottom of the cabinet. Sending it to the blower wheel and ducting. Will need to call techline and see if they have any suggestions to keep the stuff from vibrating slightly. Rescheduled customer for Monday techline call. Talked to techline. And techline told me slight vibration can occur when unit gets hot especially due to motor brackets sitting on the frame of the unit and viberating from the motor can cause brackets to move on cabinet . No repair suggestions at this time.
