"Upon arrival customer insisted in have the same issues about condensation and products getting freezing up in the left hand side of the fresh food compartment. I checked the unit and I don’t noticed any condensation or frozen food. I advised to the customer to rearrange the food in a way that place the products with hi water content away from the damper and to don’t block the the thermistor. Contacted tech line and we ran a diagnostic on test #3 (Evaporator fan motor and damper test) both of then are working fine, also check temperatures. Tech line suggested to to use sealer-gum (212643) in between the damper and the divider wall in case the damper is leaking. SR#7723167944. Also suggested to the customer to increase the fresh food compartment temperature from 37deg to 40deg and allow 24 hours to adjust, customer completely refuse to do this. I contacted too the Trade partners to explain what happens and to get a file number. SR#7722776805."

"Cx states that on first day she purchased home, she loaded dish washer and let it run. Cx states rinse aid cap fell onto heating element and melted the cap “and potentially released toxins” into the unit staining the unit. Cx request all plastic and electrical components be replaced.Tech found cx is using incorrect soap quick pic taken.Incorrect soap being used and cx does not use rinse aid as she says her kids are allergic to the chemicals. Cx states she has extremely sensitive smell that not even her husband can smell.Cx does not have the rinse aid cap any longer but showed tech a picture of melted cap.Checked diagnostics and found no faults stored in control.Unit ops as intended and tech is not able to smell the same smell Cx is stating. Cx was present and ran unit for approx 15 min. Cx states she can smell electrical but tech cannot smell with cx standing next to him.Ran unit through rapid advance and cycled with no issues. All ops are normal.

Customer having issues with a noise. Checked unit out and it’s coming from the front panel. Drum seal off causing scrap noise. Reinstalled and secured. Tested heat because customer mentioned that not working. No glow from the ignitor. Checked thermal fuse and thermostats all checked good. When checking the cut off notice connector was barely hanging on. Red wire popped out of molex. Tightened and secured connection. Tested unit. All ops checked good
