Cx states the vent hood buttons have pushed in again and become seized. Cx states it is defected.Took quick picture of unit.Unit was disassembled prior to tech arrival.Appears buttons are being pushed in too farTook quick pic of stuck buttons Tech advised cx that he would reassembly unit but if buttons were pushed too far into the housing again then a service fee and labor would apply. Cx states she doesn’t want the unit repaired she wants the unit replaced. Tech advised cx that we are a third party company and did not have that authority to replace unit.Cx denied repair due if unit breaks again outside warranty then Cx will be forced to fix it herself that is unacceptable.
