Customer states that unit is making a loud noise. Checked unit and found unit vibrating making noise. Assembled unit and found the unit still vibrating during cycle. Found the blower wheel creating excessive vibration. Also found the drum warp and needs to be replaced. Ordered parts. Unplugged unit Removed top panel and front panel. Removed blower and motor. Installed new blower and motor and assembled unit. Used the same drum because the new drum was warped. Tested unit and no more vibrations. Unit is working as design.
