Diode was broken while attempting to remove to test the capacitor. Replaced with pre ID part. Protective cover for the high voltage Line to the capacitor is frayed and the wire seems soft like it is about to break. The capacitor is not measuring correctly and needs to be replaced. . Checked components and found the check ok but the microwave does not heat. Found 120vac at the transformer unit is loud but does not heat. Replaced magnetron and tested.
