DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDFE104DSS Checked for faults and ran a service test. Unit showing a 4-3(motor) and 7-1(heater tuned off by control). Wash motor does not start during the test. Unit needs a new sump assembly. I am not able to access under the unit because of a wood piece screwed in to the floor that does not allow me to remove the kick plate. The install does not allow for removal of the unit. Informed customer to get the unit in a serviceable condition. This means the unit should be able to be pulled out of the cabinet without having to remove obstacles that would prevent easy removal to service the unit. Took pictures and instructed the customer to contact us when the unit is made serviceable so we can schedule an appointment to install the sump assembly. I can not see under the unit to be exact about what needs to be done so I will have to rely on the customer to make this assessment.
