REFRIGERATOR IS NOT COOLING PROPERLY- MAKING LOUD BUZZING/HUMMING NOISE. Opened the compressor box and noted the packaging was worn in a manner that looks like the compressor has been shipped on its side. Removed the compressor and found the suction and process lines are both bent out of shape. Brought the compressor inside to compare with the other one to see how it was supposed to look. Bent lines on the compressor to the correct angle. Before this was reached the metal gave and cracks were apparent in the enamel.
