Cx states purchased new in November and on install unit lost power and was not able to be repaired. Mfg replaced with another unit of same model approx January 2020Unit worked fine for several months initial it one day stopped working and reads control on the user interfaceElderly cx was unable to read the control lock buttons and had turned on the control lock. Showed cx how to function the lock and unit now operates as designed. Cx is now happy job complete
