REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFHT2021TW Upon arrival customer complaint was evaporator fan motor was noisy. Found fan loud and weak. Customer was also complaining about refrigerant popping when moving to the system. Customer also complaining that the door shelves were loose. Removed and replaced fan motor and tested unit. Unit functions normal explain to customer that the shelves in the door Is not a functional issue and will not be covered. Furthermore I believe the customer was overloading the shelves in the door. Customer said that Frigidaire sent her selves and after a while the problem came back. Instructed customer on proper use of care of unit. Unit functions normal now. Please inform customer of COD charges if there is a return visit with no issues
