On today’s visit noticed drain pan is iced up. Whenever refrigerator goes into a defrost the water has nowhere to go there for it flows into the bottom of the freezer cabinet and ices up there. Ordering new drain pan and drain funnel. On return visit I need refrigerator cooling off or powered off so insulation has time to thaw out Underneath drain pan going through bottom of cabinet.
