Found them there was no water connected at the main water valve underneath the sink heading to the refrigerator. Looks like a plumber came in and change the valve and never connected or didn’t have the right connection to supply the refrigerator with water. All functions are testing good. Left the water Shut off valve off behind refrigerator because I wasn’t able to test to make sure there wasn’t leaks when they turn water back on just covering my butt. I found mostly the right side door and And freezer drawers and rails were built up with ice and frost. To me at one point the door was most likely left open and frost just kept on building up. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSRS25ILSS13 Unit was unplugged and defrosted on arrival. Removed rear FC panel and replaced evap motor 4389144. Reinstalled panels and plugged unit back in. Fan motor now blows with plenty of air flow. Set temps to 0°/37° advised cx to wait 24 hours for operating temps. Unit is blowing cool air and has proper air flow. Unit ops are normal at this time job complete

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 Cx states unit is leaking.Tech found tub spins freely with no bearing noises. Looked at rear of unit and found drain hose popped off port on rear panel spraying water into laundry room. Reinstalled drain hose. Checked diagnostics and found no faults stored. Ran unit through auto service and passed all cycles with no issues. Unit ops are normal job complete

DRYER ELECTRIC MAYTAG MVWC555DW0 OEM failure. Unit making loud noise during wash cycle and not cleaning clothes. I found washplate is stripped out and not spinning with gearcase shaft. Removed and replaced washplate. Tested unit. All tests good.
