"Range is sparking burner ignitors when flame is already lit. Burners need a good ground so re-ignition will work properly. It is sparking because burners have a poor ground between top and burners. Tested spark module, module tests good. Burners are bad. Due to age of unit, the lock nuts for burners are seized on and would require replacement of cooktop part#74007248, 2 large burners part#74007186, 2 small burners part#74007185, and 4 nuts part#74006032. Customer stated unit was not starting and light was blinking. Plug-in unit try to enter diagnostics and Unit would not enter into diagnostics. Heavy duty light would flash rapidly and when you touch keypad a second light would come on and blinking rapidly. Remove door panel and disconnected auxiliary fan plugging it back in to see if that would work.
