Cx states large center top burner flame is flow and the lower oven took an additional hour to bake a cake (took two hours when normal ice is 1 hour)Cx states rep on the phone told Cx that service fee parts and labor would all be covered.Removed oval center burner and found debris clogging the head. Instructed cx on proper maintained of range. Took quick picHave low foam on oval center burner head. Adjusted fuel level to max and still have very low flame.Started lower oven bake with lower panels removed. Ignitor glows and have ignition but flame blew out easily and did not reignite. Closed door and ran bake again and unit is heating as designed but appears to have wear gas flow. No change when running all burner heads vs one head so not a pressure issue. Cx states the vent hood buttons have pushed in again and become seized. Cx states it is defected.Took quick picture of unit.Unit was disassembled prior to tech arrival.Appears buttons are being pushed in too farTook quick pic of stuck buttons Tech advised cx that he would reassembly unit but if buttons were pushed too far into the housing again then a service fee and labor would apply. Cx states she doesn’t want the unit repaired she wants the unit replaced. Tech advised cx that we are a third party company and did not have that authority to replace unit.Cx denied repair due if unit breaks again outside warranty then Cx will be forced to fix it herself that is unacceptable. Verified control is opening and closing fully as designed. Had bad contacton defrost thermistor per R1 reattached thermistor and replaced all parts, unit is cooling as designed. Job complete"
