Unit making loud noise and not cleaning clothes. I found that the splines on washplate are stripped out and splines on gearcase are also stripped out. Unit needs new gearcase and washplate. Ordering parts. Allow 1 hr on return. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10752283 (washplate) and 1 W10811956 (GEARCASE)
