Customer was hearing weird sounds during spin cycle and Cause were still coming out west. I first entered wash machine into diagnostics received multiple air codes dealing with the motor. I then ran the systems test during the test could hear a lot of grinding Noise and this high-pitched whining noise also. I tilted wash machine over to accessed motor notice there was a lot of metal shavings on the ground and also the seal from the gearcase was leaking. I also removed agitator and found the teeth were stripped out So that needs to be replaced to. Ordering parts below and will use Gearcase on return visit so I have all the correct parts to complete out this job; ordrng 1 W10754158 (motor stator) and 1 W10754161 (motor rotor) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W11161960 (AGITATOR )

On today’s visit came back out replaced controls for the ice container sensor. Since previous visit and after installing the icemaker, icemaker is functioning but it only drops like a half a bin of ice and then quits producing ice . As I was replacing parts I noticed ice container was kind of froze in the compartment telling me it got warm in there and then froze up. After replacing these parts and if there still an issue I want to say we might have a cooling issue as far as the compressor isn’t reliable.. In diagnostics I went through pretty much every test I could and everything is passing it was too late to call tech line tonight. Upon arrival I pull the dryer out remove dryer vent hose found it to be plugged with all kinds lint The vent pipe is running vertical to the rooftop I cleared out as much as I could I also noticed dryer vent hose was way too long causing a kink so I cut off about 3 feet of the hose and reinstalled it. I then ran dry or if the recycle everything test out good got a proper airflow now. Job completed.
