COOKTOP KITCHENAID KCGS556ESS02 Cx states left rear burner head is not igniting.All burners ignite except for left rear small burner. Removed and r placed small burner head. Left burner has strong spark and gas but does not igniteWhen all burner heads are lit the small gas burner head has a much easier time lighting.Verified with DS that adjustment can be made to valve. Tech does not have a small enough screw driver for this repair. Another tech will need to be sent out to complete the repair. Valve W10617357 is psp item. Please contact cx and schedule next visit when parts are available. Please send tech with correct tools for repair.;

RANGE WHIRLPOOL KSGG700ESS0 Customer stated that the unit was shut off. Found a display off and oven light off and burners not working. Pulled oven out and I started to remove oven the oven came on. It looks like the power cord might’ve been kinked. Test of them multiple times and everything work. Informed customer that either the power cord was bad or that the outlet itself was bad informed customer that I would replace the power cord if that does not fix the issue and most likely it is a bad outlet and they are responsible for fixing the outlet ordering power cord; ordrng 1 W10889764 (cord-power)

Faulty water valve.At this point customer was quoted (90.69 for parts and $136 labor Cx then states her boss had emailed her proof of purchase for extended 5 year warranty and did not want to pay. No monies collected took quick pic of POP. Unit now ops as designed and is complete
