M/W OTR KITCHEN AID KMHP519ESS4 "Tested unit before installing parts so I can determine if the parts installed sounded better than the ones they are to replace. I heard a deep humming noise that was not present the first time I tested the unit. I talked with the customer about what I was hearing now as opposed to last visit and she said that the unit will make this loud buzzing sound, that that sound alternates when the unit is being used. This sound is from the high voltage system of the microwave. I have not brought parts with me to address this issue. More parts are necessary to correct this issue. Customer states that the unit this one replaced was much quieter but was exchanged because of apparent physical damage to the unit.; 1 W10561774 (capactr-mg) and 1 W10754517 (magnetron) and 1 W11256462 (diode)"
