Customers issue is they’re receiving a F5-E2 Error code. They go to start wash machine And I would stop or shut off due to lid lock. As I was going over wash machine and troubleshooting I found between the lid Bolt was not able to extend therefore not latching properly. I freed up residue buildup causing issue and ran multiple tests engaging and disengaging lid lock. Showed customer what I did and that latch area needs to be maintained and clean. Checked the unit out The unit is not dispensing any water when it calls for a DUI board and had actually correctly and the auger motor isn’t running whenever you actuate did but the door does open it’s going to dispense ice but no motor actuation ordered controls and water valve ; ordrng 1 W11043013 (valve) and 1 W11043763 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11265135 (U I BOARD )

Checked operations no water or ice slowed way down after dripping with the water valve check the water filter it was cleaning clear pulled the unit out 2 inches the unit started working correctly for water and ice customer had a pinched waterline in the back operating normal now
