This is a stacked unit and has a dryer on top of it. This limits what 1 person can do to repair the unit. Checked for faults and ran a service test. The unit shone a FL code. The service test seemed to go as expected. Ran a normal cycle and found it does not show and FL code when this is run either. Called WPTS(7727211095) and explained what I had done and the code that was present. WPTS asked me to check the installation of the drain line. WPTS says if the water levels and flow look ok then that was the only other thing they could think of that would cause this. Found drain line inserted too far down the drain line. Reset hose. Customer to monitor unit and to report if needed . Any other diagnostic will require the dryer to be removed. This would require a second man.
