Diagnosed a Maytag wash no machine. Found drain hose loose. Fastened up hose to drain pump. Received over suds error code. Ran unit through test cycle and unit passed through all cycles with no problems. Educated cx on proper amounts of soap and what kind of soap to be using. Calibrated unit. Unit now working by design. Job complete.
