"Customer states the water flow is very slow, the doors are uneven, the lower IM is not making ice, the upper one makes ice very slowly and there is an ice build up behind the lower IM. Inspected unit and found the IM funnel is clogged. This makes the water for the IM run down the evaporator cover. This ice build up is keeping the door slightly ajar. Removed the RC door and inner drawers. Removed ice and defrosted the LH FC door tracks. Watched the fill tube while this was done for leaks. No leaks noted. Pulled out unit and found the supply line was kinked. Evened out doors. Flow to the dispenser is restored. Unit is operating as designed . No leaks noted."

Upon arrival cx had a console and control that WFS had ordered for unit. Unit was uninstalled by owner. Unit had F3 E3 error code. Inlet thermistor at 11.8k ohms outlet at 55k. Unit about 70F. Thermistors in range. Measured at p14 connector. No short to ground. Replaced console and control. Tested unit. Found restriction in venting by air flow test. Unit functions as designed. Cx needs to have vents inspected.
