The most amperage I found was 31amps ( the breaker is rated for 40 amps). Removed the unit from the wall and called WPTS- stated that if there is not stored faults and I could not duplicate the complaint then they could not recommend any parts. I have reset the connections using the original wire-nuts in case there was a poor connection issue with the installation. Noted the color of the house wiring was silver and appeared to be aluminum. Unit making noise during agitation. I removed rotor and slider and found slider misaligned and loose. Tightened rotor and fixed slider location. Tested unit. All tests good.

"Unit not cooling in RC. I found that the RC evaporator is frozen over causing no airflow through evaporator. I put unit into diagnostic and found out dated main control software, RC evaporator thermistor out of range and evaporator cover not sealing against rear liner of RC compartment. Unit needs RC evaporator harness, main control, and RC evaporator cover. Removed and replaced cover, main control, and harness. Tested unit. All tests good."
