Tested door switch it is working correctly. Informed customer that it is hard to see if the door is closed all the was. If the door is open , even a millimeter, room temperature moist air will be pulled inside the unit causing frost . The door alarm will not sound because the door switch is engaged and the control sees the door as closed . Because the door switch is on the top middle of the FC it will get frost inside of it and cause it to fail. Ensuring door closure is the responsibility of the user. If frost is present in the freezer it is because the door was not sealed correctly. I have silicone the cabinet/liner seam to eliminate this from suspicion."
