Cx states unit shakes and moves around when washing bedding. Cx states unit was in spin mode for really long time and shakes like crazy. Cx is unhappy with product at this point.F0E5 off bal loadRan auto service test. Actuator takes abnormally long time to reach position. Removed and replaced actuator. Retested unit. Passed auto service as intended. Ran manual low and hi speed spin. Unit ops are normal. Explained overloading issue and off bal issue is due to loading procedures.Cx has polished concrete in garage and rubber pads slide easily on smooth surface. Recommended secure right front foot to concrete parking post located in garage to remedy the appliance from moving. Job complete

Cx selects time cook and all other buttons will chirp to indicate engagement. The start button is unresponsive and cancel will not back out of cook time.
