Customers issue is sometimes Close would come out wet . . I first entered washer into diagnostics Received a F0E3 F0E5 Error codes. Dealing with off-balance in overload. I proceeded to calibrate unit and then ran system test cycle two times. Both times everything functions in work as designed. Informed customer of proper loading procedure and which settings to use and how their new washer works. Everything checks out good at this time. Job complete
