"Found the customer having issues with the unit not washing. Also didn’t fill up properly. Checked error codes and none stored. Customer mentioned that the washplate was loose. I checked it,and the spines are rounded. Needs new gear case and washplate. Tested unit in auto test to be sure all other ops checked good. They did. Will replace control as well due to unit not filling as it should ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10752283 (washplate) and 1 W11035751 (gearcase)"
