There are no stored faults and the unit goes in to a full spin in the service test. Ran a drain spin cycle, unit came up to full speed. Called WPTS (7727454065) and explained what I was finding. They have stated that if the unit can achieve high spin then the boards and motor are working correctly. They feel this load might have been too heavy or unbalanced for the unit to spin. WPTS recommends using heavy duty or satanize cycles for this type of load. Unit is testing correctly at this time."

Drained entire tub and stand pipe did not back up or leak. Checked all hose connections and clamps and no leaks or evidence of leak found. All ops are normal and as designed. Advised cx to record event and call back if leak persist. Job complete"
