Cx states dryer sometimes overdries and sometimes doesnt dry enough. No error codes stored. Started normal cycle and observed unit. Unit went into cool down and shut off within 5 minutes. Moisture sensors operational. Heat does cycle often due to excess lint build up in ducting outside of the dryer. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Customer concerned with water levels and they received a code for long fill. I tested all fill valve solenoids in diagnostic. Water pressures are good and valve operating normally. Calibrated water level in diagnostic. Customer had extra power turned on for all the cycles. I explained how the extra power feature works to remove stains by only fill with a little water at first. I showed customer service pointer. All tests good.
