Customer states that unit is leaking from bottom. Checked unit and first thing found was door not aligned properly hitting on the right side. Ran diagnostic and found error code. Also found the water valve closed and valve disconnect on unit. Turned water on and connected water valve. Allowed water to enter unit and found leaking from drain pump. Drain pump was not properly inserted. Removed water and readjust drain pump. Ran diagnostics again and passed. No leaks on unit and it’s now working as design. 5-1

Upon arrival the unit was full of water and would not drain. Found 120 going to drain pump but drain pump would not activate. Removed and replaced drain pump and tested unit. Unit functions normal now

"Needs more work- cx has issue with washer taking to long to start will not start when Depositing coins, will sit at 38 mins for long period of time, at times will start when Deposit coins hit &miss, ck for codes found none, cx said he has tried it multiple times and unit will not operate, dryer works as designed this is a coin stacked unit.
