Cx states unit was not filling up enough and not washing properly. Very elderly customers recently replaced a unit they had for 20 years. No faults stored in control. Ran auto service test and passed all cycles as designed. Went over proper soap useage and loading procedures and advised cx on what to expect during wash cycles. Cx is now informed and happy unit ops are normal job complete
