REFRIGERATOR MAYTAG MRT311FFFH00 "Customer still concerned of condensation in the freezer compartment. I checked the unit and I found two gaps in the left side corner of the freezer door gasket. I removed the door and added a Nylon washer on the bottom freezer door hinge to lift up the door to correct the gap, now both gaps are gone and the door is closing properly, also in a previous repair both compartments gaps in between the cabinet and the liner has been sealed with Silicone Sealant (WP482338). I contacted the Tech Line to documented (SR#7727896891). Tested ok."

Ran diagnostics, unit’s power went off in the middle of it. Upon inspection different testing points found electrical power cord fits loose at outlet. Connected to a different outlet, using an extension cord, ran diagnostics, unit’s ops check fine.Instructed customer on how to load unit to prevent overloading and clamp not to come off. Also instructed to replace electrical outlet for proper operation. Unit is working fine."
