Found defective door lock fixed defective door lock tested unit and is working properly

Tested product lights are working customer had power surge last week was afraid lights were damaged product tested ok complete

Upon return trip removed and replaced clutch assembly. Tested operation. All OK.

Install the new LEDs on the unit. Retest the unit and now what unit is working properly. Job complete.

Upon arrival inspected unit unit would just click inspected underneath. Found that the actuator was just clicking and not switching gears replaced actuator and capacitor. Unit is now working as intended. Ran a couple test unit passed. Ill test job complete.; used 1 W11212745 (Actuator) from stock

"Ignitor lights. Gas on the unit flames on. Observed the cycling of the burner assembly, the burner is activating properly. X6 lights. On hi setting. Low setting is operating. The issue possible kinked venting. Unit is operating properly, as designed."

When I arrived Cx said unit is cooling. Said that the freezer was not cold enough. Found frozen cup of water in freezer and it was frozen. Checked for error codes and found e5 ice maker code. Unplugged unit and code is gone. Cycled ice maker and it harvested and filled per design. Temps in unit are good. Cx just doesnt think its cold enough. To me unit is working per design.

Installed new control board and tested unit working as designed

Found unit was off.powered back on. Pulled unit from wall. Unit shut off. Unplugged and reset unit. After 4 minutes it shut off again. Calling tech line. Unit has a new compressor new control and thermistor and condenser fan. Unit is reading 1 on the gage and no high side. 5/4/22 delivered. Robert with tech line. No frost pattern on evaporator. 7736800175. Ran a pressure test and unit read 140 psi and after 5 6=minutes it moved lower by -2. Did a nitrogen check. Unit dropped. There was no r134 in system. Put in 134 and put it to whats needed. Unit is cooling. But drops. Johnny tech line. 7736361917 is the file number 800-253-1301. Unit is unrepairable. Internal leak.

"JB out 7/7/23. Customer states dryer does not run. Upon arrival verified electric dryer newly installed using thin foil type Ducting. Instructed customer per manufactures supplied installation guide do not use white plastic or thin foil type Ducting as they both pose a potential fire, hazard, and risk for loss of life. Use only a galvanized steel Ducting, or a heavy aluminum metal bendable Ducting Material. It is the owners responsibility to see that this installation correction is corrected to alleviate the potential for fire. Tested dryer. Verified unit does not run. Unplug dryer from power outlet. Tested power outlet and verified 0 V AC. Went to circuit breaker and reset. Tested power outlet again. Still 0 V AC. Reset circuit breaker is second time verified correct voltage at power outlet now and dryer does run. Recommend customer contact a qualified electrician to inspect circuit breaker and power outlet which is the cause of intermittent operation. Currently dryer is running and operating as designed. Customer will remove existing thin foil, type Ducting and replace with heavy metal Ducting. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Cycled unit and found noise coming from water valve when icemaker calls for water. Inspected water belt and found water valve. Screws are coming off causing valve to vibrate when engaged tighten and secured screws. Retested unit now sounds normal. Job completed.

Removed and replaced parts. Installed tested. . Now working as designed. Job complete

Installed new drive motor rollers belt and idler pulley and blower product tested ok compete

Installed new capacitor and unit now is spinning and draining. Job complete

Found leak at high side line at compressor. Vacuumed system down and flushed with nitrogen. I repaired leak and re charged with 48g of R600. All tests good.

Returned today a week later and unit is working as designed. Unit is cold and ice is in ice bucket. Temp in FC was 6 degrees with no food inside which is normal. I moved evaporator thermistor lower on the evaporator to help with consistent defrost. All tests good.

"JB Out 7/7/23. Customer states three times recently water has been found on the floor in front dishwasher. Upon arrival found unit was running (no dishes or detergent added per my telephone request). Opened dishwasher verified detergent suds present and no water leak. Insulation IBehind door panel is dry. Canceled cycle. Added 1 detergent pod. Started Normal cycle. Removed toe. panel cover and verified floor under dishwasher is dry. Unable to identify manufacturer of detergent or its concentration level. Recommend customer against using highly concentrated detergents (2x 8X 12x etc.) as they create-too much suds that will leak out of dishwasher under door and drip onto floor below. After 50 minutes of runtime, no evidence of water leak.No repair made. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE."

Removed and replaced door seal. Customer stated that PO has not come back since before I came. Explained that controls are not needed because power outage.

Found valve not open properly replaced tested working properly

Replaced compressor kit assembly. The sys was vacuumed real heavily. Also had no charge. Unit is now reading at +2 and holding. Cooling already. Job completed

Installed strike and tested. Unit checks ok.

Replaced freezer door.

"Upon arrival, tried to put unit in the diagnostics to see if there was any other error codes unit would not even respond whatsoever. At that point. I replaced the UI and the main control board. Plugging it back in unit responded gave no more error codes ran unit three short cycle, a drain, washed and heated as intended. Job complete"

Installed part tested checkout ok complete no dents or dings cause by tech.

CX refuses unit because of the electrical box will be in the way of the trim piece. Trim piece wont go one and sit flush with the wall.

Case#. 86480671 Called tech support and explained what we were finding. Used nitrogen to charge the sealed system to 140psi. Sprayed evaporator and welds apparent low side internal leak. Deemed unrepairable.

"Checked operations the ice bin was jammed with a clump of ice , customer get nothing but crushed ice , pulled bin out cleared the ice clump , tested operations in crush and cubed ice , unit is working correct now , let customer know to keep the ice bin in good shape need to clear the crushed ice regularly so it doesnt clump and refreeze in place , operations ok now at this time"

Customer concerns; washer vibrating excessively (weak suspension) and (f7e9- locked rotor). Installed suspension assy and slider. Operation tested as designed. No leaks.; used 1 W10734521 ( Slider) from stock

Rear panel on dryer cabinet has a small dent on it pushing heat shield towards the drum causing them to rub together during use. Pushed dent out and tested unit all checked good

Installed new motor and cover. Did not need fan blade. Unit is now operating normally.

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F8E4 and aF9E2, this about the float switch and drain motor check the unit and see water marks by the float switch tray. Check the unit and found the drain pump has pieces of food is stock causing the unit dont drain. Remove the drain pump and install a new drain pump this because the paddles are broke. Retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Informed the customer that they need to clean the filter every three loads so that way they can maintain a clean dishwasher. Job complete."

Replaced damaged fresh food door.Tested ok

Replaced skirt and gas coils.dryer now working properly. Core for 28996744 not obtained because Core is missing.

Inspected unit and found pan under unit full of water. Found drain hose not on all the way causing drip. Unit now working per design.

Cx states that unit is not working After running diagnostic test find that unit has a bad control panel and UICx states that they have a limited warranty and they spoke to manufacturer who said that parts are covered job is completed

Greeted cx cx said old unit stoped cooling had internal leak removed old unit tight door threw kitchen nice path for rest way out Installed new unit when turn water on water turned black cx got me a bucket ran water tell it was clear hooked water line back up pluged in new unit purged water line unit worcking as designed

Installed parts. Cx is defrosting unit over night. Will let us know if issue persists.

Reset ice maker and cleaned condenser coils. Cycled ice maker without failure.Tested ok

LH hinge spring was off the hinge. Replaced LH hinge. New RH was bent. The one on the unit was still in good condition so o did not put in the RH hinge.assembly. Reinstalled the unit and found the LH side of the door hits the dishwasher when closing. Centered door. Door closing normally.

After replacing the thermistor I verified the operation of it and it is sensing properly. Allow 24 hours to see if this takes care of the temperature issues. Job completed.
