I contacted the Tech Line (SR#7727928159) and we performed a heating test using a cup of water that was initial at 65*F and placed in the Microwave and heated at 100% of the power for two minutes getting a final water temperature of 165*F (90*F increase) what is more then good, this test was done two more times.The Tech Line start to associate the problem to the customer, possible not operative unit correctly.Also I contacted the Trade Partner (SR#7727337741) and they are following the Tech Line recommendations."
