Cycled unt and found unit oven dirty. It has black discolored liner. Customer has attempted to cycle but it starts to smoke and stops using it. Liner is charred almost like something inside cavity burned. Also Found timer control not displaying numbers. . Customer does not feel safe with unit. Recommending for product to replace due to cavity not being serviceable for replacement. Job complete
