"Checked unit found error codes f8 e1 long fill no fill and f7 e5 shifter code. Cx keeps water off when washer not in use, he stated he ran the unit and forgot to turn on faucets. Moved on to troubleshooting shifter code. Re did connections on shifter,unit Switched from agitation to spin without any issues, demonstrated high spin for cx no abnormal noise. Unable to recreate issue. Cleared codes & Calibrated and asked cx to use it as normal and report any further issues. Job complete"
