Found the is a recall sealed system issue done by a different company. Found the leak that I think they were trying to fix was in the condenser. I pressurized the system and was able to locate. The compressor was never replaced and the customer stated she brought up how the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker were not working and he sold her a new hose and that didnt resolve anything. The thermistor on the fresh food evap was placed in the wrong location after the evap was in installed. The fresh food evap panel was destroyed when reinstalled with missing grommets. Both refrigerator doors were very scratched when the last repair happened. Customer very unhappy with the situation. When she called the rep stated that if it was anything more then the seals that they would take care of her. This requires a lot of work and not just two gaskets. Will need an authorization and the customer would like to talk to the insurance company as well. Cx complaint. F8 -4 Water leaking. Under the unit. Upon arrival. Ran diagnostics. Found loose connections. water leaking from connection. Water connection assembly tightened. Tested components out OKAY. According to protocol operating as designed.

Diagnosed lid lock failure. Removed and replaced lid lock and strike. Tested good.

Upon arrival inspected unit found right hand adjuster wheel broken replaced adjuster tested unit. Unit is working as intended. All operations are normal. Check for error codes unit had no error codes job complete.

Found all four of the suspension rods out of place. Reason for excessive shaking. I reinstalled them and now the unit spins true and no longer shaking. I verified operation in diagnostic and all is now working as designed. Job completed.

Found the unit has no error codes present stored at the moment but having an issue latching. Found the door slightly out of alignment so the latch was not able to recognize the door as being closed so the unit didnt start. After adjusting the door the unit now starts every time. Job completed.

Found a noisy drain pump so I had it replaced. Dishwasher OK

After replacing the defective wiring harness and the control its a bad pressure sensor the unit is now able to go through a diagnostic cycle and complete without issues. All functions restored and no error codes present. Job completed.

Ice bin was removed and replaced. Unit passed all test. Unit is working as intended.

Replaced the lid and unit is working as designed at this time
