Unit not heating and making noise. I found screws loose under control panel that hold top in place were loose causing excessive noise. Removed control panel and tightened screws to secure top to cabinet. I tested dryer and dryer tests normal for heating circuit. Venting in newly built home is not correct. I instructed customer to verify that the venting in home meets the venting requirements in use and care guide. All tests good.
