Found moisture under the auger cover. Noted the facade was not installed correctly, this could be causing the condensation. Reset facade. Called WPTS (7726740892) and explained what the complaint was. WPTS support asked questions about the cooling issues and the regularity of the occurrences. Ran a spin test, agitation test and a drain test. Unit passes these tests. Noted the drain line was inserted all the way down the drain. This can cause siphoning which will cause unbalanced loads because the unit can not distribute the load . The unit is difficult to test because the control is not functioning correctly. Power has to be cycled for it to be more responsive then it begins to not turn on outputs for the lock and other things tested."

Cx stated hot and cold were reversed. Plumber addressed this issue. Tested incoming water it is working properly. Checked unit found error code F7 e7. Cleared code and tested high spin unit has slight vibration but it is normal ops due to sub flooring and high rpms on spin speed. Explained this to cx she was very unsatisfied with unit. I advised cx to contact cx service and informed her I’d document with manufacturer.
