Cx states unit makes a loud noise when in use with a load in it.Tech started unit and heart no unusual sounds upon unit starting. Check lint screen light was illuminated then went off.Verified at dryer vent unit has flow but has build up of lint inside dryer vent. Showed cx issue and advised to get dryer vent serviced. House cleaner states clothing come out slightly damp after cycles. Removed front panel and removed blower housing. Found ball of lint clumped inside blower wheel spinning off bal.Emptied lint obstruction and put unit back together.Loaded a full load of towels and clothing and ran unit for approx 15 minutes while standing with husband and no further sounds. Unit ops as designed.Advised cx to service vent and Cx purchased vent cleaning kit and will service himself. Job complete and Cx is happy with products.

Found unit not filling with water. Water valve will turn on and hum and not doing anything ordering water valve. Also tested motor and found unit not turning. Motor is just humming. Ordering new motor. Suspension super bouncy causing off balance loads not allowing unit to wash properly. Ordering new suspension rods. Rescheduled customer for Wednesday 5-8-19; rqstng P&A on 1 WH13X25296 (water valve gasket a) and 1 WH16X25219 (rod & spring asm rig) and 1 WH49X25378 (washing machine 1/3)
