The customer does not have any more information . Checked for fault codes,none stored. Ran a service cycle, unit passed without fault. Called WPTS(7728391574) who asked if there were any fault codes. I told them I did not find anything. WPTS asked what was the unit doing when it was not working as the customer expected. I told them the customer had no other information to share about this.
