Customer was complaining of upper rack falling down. I checked the unit and I found a broken upper rack rail and the adjuster. Replaced both tracks and both adjusters. Tested ok.

"Customer states the unit is leaking orange liquid from the ice bin weep hole on to the deli section of the unit. Found that this is rust coming from the auger motor. Found moisture under the auger cover. Noted the facade was not installed correctly, this could be causing the condensation. Reset facade. Called WPTS (7726740892) and explained what the complaint was. WPTS support asked questions about the cooling issues and the regularity of the occurrences. Customer states the unit could work fine for days then not . It resumes cooling without having to cycle power to the unit. Currently the set temp is 36f and the PRODUCT TEMPERATURE is 38. The customers thermometer is reading over 50f. Customer states they have had premature spoiling of food. WPTS asked me to check the deli board for evidence of moisture because they have seen these boards cause multiple issues.
