Found the unit having issue with noise. Cracking and buzzing. Harness hitting condenser fan. Rerouted. And cracking noise normal. Freon expanding and contracting. Customer doesn’t like the unit. But works as designed

Found the unit not making ice. Ch3cked tested in ui and the ice maker isn’t getting voltage needed. Checked wires at the door and the wires and pinched not at the door but under the unit. Customer is trying to return the unit ; ordrng 1 W11293381 (harns-wire)
